Turn off the appliance and wait at least 30 minutes be-
fore switching it back on and using it.

Malfunction of the detection wheel
under the robot.
Remove any element which is blocking the robot or free
the robot if it is stuck.

The front and back sensors are not
making contact with the floor.
Lift the appliance and place it somewhere else on the
floor.
ERR10
The dust collector and filter are not cor-
rectly positioned in their housing.
The dust collector and filter are not in
the appliance.
Open the housing and correct the position of the dust
collector and filter.
Place the dust collector and filter inside the appliance.
ERR11
The bumper is jammed or faulty.
Free the appliance if it has become stuck against an obs-
tacle. If necessary, apply light pressure to the bumper
to free it.

The internal clock has malfunctioned.
Turn off and re-start the appliance.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.

A failure in the function of the driving
wheels.
Free the robot if it is stuck. If necessary, remove the ob-
struction to the wheels.
