UN PROBLÈME AVEC VOTRE APPAREIL ?

Selon modèle :

•  Le chargeur chauffe :

  Il s’agit d’un phénomène tout à fait normal. L’aspirateur peut rester connecté au chargeur en 

permanence sans aucun risque.

•  Le chargeur est connecté mais votre appareil ne charge pas :

  - Le chargeur est mal connecté à l’appareil ou est défaillant.

  Vérifiez que le chargeur est bien connecté ou adressez-vous à un Centre de Services Agréés pour faire 

changer le chargeur.

•  Votre appareil s’arrête pendant son fonctionnement :

  - Votre appareil est peut-être en surchauffe.

  Arrêtez l’appareil et laisser l’appareil refroidir pendant au moins 1 heure.

  En cas de surchauffe répétée, se référer au Centre de services agréés.

•  L’appareil s’est arrêté après que le voyant de charge ait clignoté :

  - L’appareil est déchargé.

  Rechargez l’aspirateur.

•  L’électrobrosse fonctionne moins bien ou fait un bruit anormal :

  - La brosse rotative ou le flexible sont obstrués.

  Arrêtez l’aspirateur et nettoyez-les.

  - La brosse est usée.

  Adressez-vous à un Centre de Services Agréés pour faire changer la brosse.

  - La courroie est usée.

  Adressez-vous à un Centre de Services Agréés pour faire changer la courroie.

• L’électrobrosse s’arrête en cours d’aspiration :

  - La sécurité a fonctionné.

  Arrêtez l’aspirateur. Vérifiez qu’aucun élément ne gêne la rotation de la brosse, si c’est le cas retirez 

l’élément bloquant et nettoyez l’électrobrosse, puis remettez l’aspirateur en marche.

• Votre aspirateur aspire moins bien, fait du bruit, siffle :

  - Le canal d’aspiration est partiellement bouché.

   Débouchez-le

  - Le réceptacle à poussière est plein.

  Videz-le et nettoyez-le.

  - Le bac à poussière est mal positionné.

  Replacez-le correctement.

  - La tête d’aspiration est encrassée.

  Démontez l’électrobrosse et nettoyez-la.

  - Le filtre mousse de protection du moteur est saturé.

   Nettoyez-le.
