Voice Alert Language Selection
Press and hold DIM button repeatedly (for more than
2
seconds each time) to toggle between ENGLISH VOICE
and RUSSIAN VOICE.
Voice Alert On/Off Selection
• Press and hold MUTE button repeatedly (for more than 2
seconds each time) to toggle between VOICE ON and
VOICE OFF and X Band voice off. (There is also X Band
voice off function)
• When the detector is set to VOICE ON, you'll be notified
by audio and visual alerts only.
VOICE OFF turns off all
alert-related voice messages but does not affect any other
voice messages.
• The detector won't provide the voice alert when the same
band signal is detected within one minute of the last signal.
Tutorial mode
The CRUNCH 2190 has a tutorial mode intended to
familiarize you with the various visual displays and distinct
audible alerts the unit performs. Perform the following steps
to begin the tutorial mode:
