Possible Causes
Overheat protection mode

Suction opening or airway

Dust compartment is full
and/or HEPA filter assembly
is clogged
Main suction opening or
extension rod is blocked
The adapter is not connected
to the vacuum cleaner
Battery temperature is too
low or too high
The battery is fully charged
and goes into sleep mode
If the problem persists after
ruling out the above two
possibilities
Power adapter is
incompatible
Battery is damaged
Attachment is blocked
Wait until the vacuum
cleaner cools down, then
reactivate it
