Appliance door does
not open at the end of
the Eco 50° pro-
gramme.
The screws are included in the scope of supply.
If the screws used here are too long, this may de-
activate Eco drying.
The safety device will switch Eco drying off.

Appliance door auto-
matically opens too
wide at the end of the
Eco 50° programme.
Door is not correctly adjusted.
▶
Adjust the appliance door as described in the in-
stallation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70 mm - 100 mm.
Wrong screws used to adjust the door gap.
▶
Use size 4X30 screws to adjust the door gap.
The screws are included in the scope of supply.
If the screws used here are too long, this may de-
activate Eco drying.
Fault

E:12 lights up.
Heating element is furred up.

Descale the appliance.

Operate the appliance with the Water softening sys-
tem.
E:14 lights up.
Water protection system is activated.

Turn off the water tap.

Supply hose is kinked.

Install the supply hose without kinks.
Water tap is turned off.

Turn on the water tap.
Water tap is jammed or furred up.

Turn on the water tap.
The flow rate must be at least 10 l/min when the
water supply is open.
Filter in the water supply is blocked.

Switch off the appliance.
