For best baking/roasting results insert the grid with
the tray into the central (second) level guide.
Avoid opening the oven door during the baking
process if possible. The temperature regime within
the oven might be disturbed, resulting in prolonged
baking time or burnt food.

GRILLING MEAT ON A GRID
Open the oven door.
Put the prepared food on a grid.
Slide the grid into the side guides.
Slide a shallow baking pan filled with water one level
below the grid to catch the dripping gravy from the
grid.
