CLEANING THE FAN 

Remove all the impurities found on the nets of the fan 
guards. If the fan blades require cleaning, unscrew the 
guards. Clean all the elements with compressed air. 
 

ADJUSTMENT OF THE BELT TRANSMISSION 

Minimum once a year, or if needed, check the tension of 
the V-belt (8) (Fig.2). The belt must be pressed with one 
hand in the middle of its length (Fig.3), and its bending 
should amount to 1.5-2 cm. If the bending is significantly 
different from the one stated above, adjust it by means of a 
screw (7). 
 
 
 
 
 
 

CLEANING THE BURNER 

The burner may be cleaned and maintained by a qualified 
employee of an authorised technical service exclusively. 
Therefore, turn to the authorised technical service if help is 
needed. 

TRANSPORTATION 

The heater may be moved by means of a pallet truck or a 
forklift truck. The truck must be placed under the heater in 
such a way as to distribute the weight of the heater evenly. 
Make sure that the device, by means of which the heater is 
to be lifted, is adjusted to such weight (the accurate weight 
is given in the technical specification).

efore the heater is moved, always 

disconnect it from power supply, disconnect the fuel 
installation discharging the exhaust fumes and 
distributing the air. Do not ever touch, transfer or 
raise the hot heater. Do not raise the heater manually, 
always use appropriate devices and tools for this 
purpose.

air, check the cup or the ducts, check the tension of the V-belt.
