•  Make  sure  the  grinder  is  turned  off,  the  "ON/O/R"  switch  (1)  is  in  the  "O" 

position and the motor is completely stopped.

•  Disconnect the appliance from the mains. 
•  Remove any remaining meat. 
•  Disassemble the meat grinder: unscrew the fixing ring (12) counterclockwise, 

remove  the  attachments  (13.14),  the  grates  (10.11),  the  crossed  blade  (9) 

and the screw (8) (Fig. 12).

•  Press  the  operating  head  fasten  button  (3)  and  turn  the  operating  unit  in 

the direction of the arrow. Remove the pusher (5) and the tray (6) (Fig. 13).

•  Wash  thoroughly  with  soap  and  warm  water  attachments,  grates,  crossed 

blade, a screw and a working head, the pusher and the tray.

•  Dry thoroughly.
•  Do  not  submerge  the  motor  compartment  in  water,  wipe  the  meat  grinder 

body with a damp cloth!

•  Before  you  put  the  dried  accessories  (grates,  blade)  for  storage,  it  is 

advisable  to  lubricate  them  with  a  thin  layer  of  vegetable  oil  to  protect 

against oxidation.

Storing

•  To store the appliance, thoroughly clean it.
•  Do not wrap the cord around the appliance. 
•  Store the appliance in a dry cool place out of reach of children.
•  Electrical equipment have to be stored in a dry place at ambient temperature 

no higher than plus 40 °C with a relative humidity of 70%, and the absence 

of dust, acid and other fumes in surrounding medium which affect adversely 

the materials of the electrical devices. 

Warranty

The warranty period on the territory of the Russian Federation is 1 year.
In the event of a claim under warranty, present the unit in a complete package, 

with original packaging and cashier's receipt to the accredited service center. 

Free  repair  or  replacement  of  the  unit  is  impossible  without  the  cashier's 

receipt.
Accessories defects are not the reason to replace the whole unit.
Defects  in  wear  or  friction  parts,  as  well  as  cleaning,  maintenance  or 

replacement of the friction parts are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty is lost after the opening of the unit by unauthorized persons.
