cone gasket thoroughly;

– 

place  the  silicone  gasket  on  the  protection 
screen (7) and the protection screen (7) - on 
the lid (8).

Wipe the surface of the heating element (only 
when  it  is  cold),  do  not  allow  water  to  get 
inside the unit body.

• 

Do  not  immerse  the  unit  body,  power  cord 
and plug into the water or other liquids.

• 

Clean  the  multi-cooker  body  with  a  damp 
cloth and then wipe dry. 

• 

Do  not  use  abrasive  and  aggressive  deter-
gents for washing of the unit and accessories.

• 

Keep  the  multi-cooker  away  from  children  in 
a dry cool place.

TROUBLES AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Solution

The  multi-cooker  lid  can’t 
be closed.

The  silicone  gasket  or  pro-
tection  screen  (7)  is  installed 
improperly.

Remove the protection screen, check 
whether the silicone gasket is installed 
properly.

The  blocking  system  valve  is 
blocked in the upper position.

Remove  the  blocking  object  from  the 
valve. 

The  pressure  in  the  multi-
cooker has been released, 
but the lid can’t be opened.

The  blocking  system  valve  (11) 
has  not  moved  to  the  lower 
position.

Press  the  valve  on  the  lid  handle  and 
set it down.

Steam  is  released  from 
the  lid  (8)  bottom  during 
cooking. 

The  silicone  gasket  is  not 
installed  on  the  protection 
screen (7).

Switch  the  unit  off,  release  the  pres-
sure  in  the  multi-cooker,  open  the 
lid.  Place  the  silicone  gasket  on  the 
protection screen (7).

The silicone gasket is very dirty. Clean the silicone gasket.
The  silicone  gasket  is  dam-
aged.

Replace the silicone gasket.

The lid (8) is not closed tightly. Close the lid (8) tightly.

Air  release  through  the 
blocking system valve (11).

The valve is dirty.

Switch  off  the  multi-cooker,  remove 
the lid and and clean the valve.

The silicone ring of the blocking 
system valve is damaged.

Replace the silicone ring of the valve.

The blocking system valve 
(11) does not go up.

The  pressure  control  valve  (10) 
is installed improperly.

Set  the  pressure  control  valve  to  the 

position 

.

Not  enough  ingredients  or  liq-
uid for steam generation.

Follow  the  recommendations  for 
amount  of  products  and  liquid  in  the 
bowl (6).

Repeated sound signal.

The multi-cooker is overheated. Unplug the multi-cooker, open the lid 

and let it cool down.
