OPERATION 

•

  Before initial use wipe the cooking bowl, the surface of heating element and internal surface of the universal 

cooker. 

•

  Put water and food in the cooking bowl. DO NOT fill the cooker more than to 3/5 of its capacity. While cooking 

food products that expand in hot water (rice, dry vegetables) or foam, do not fill the bowl more than to the half of 
its capacity. At the same time the entire volume of food products and water should not exceed 1/5 of the total 
bowl capacity. 

•

  Put the bowl inside the outer body of the universal cooker. 

•

  Close the lid until the click is heard.  

•

  Connect the universal cooker to mains. 

•

  The universal cooker provides 9 cooking programs:

  Use 

wire rack for "ПАРОВАРКА" (STEAM COOKER) program. Pour water into the pot, put food products on the 

rack and place the wire rack into the pot. 

•

  The detailed description of cooking programs and adjustments is given in Recipe Book.  

OPERATION 

•

  Press "

МЕНЮ" (MENU) button as many times as required to select the respective cooking program. The 

corresponding indicator lamp located near the program lights up when the program is selected. The preset time 
of cooking for the selected program will be displayed.  

•

  Use the «

», «

» buttons to set cooking time according to the Recipe Book. The cooking time adjustment 

ranges for each program are given in the table above.  

•

  Press the "START" (

СТАРТ) button to begin cooking. The button's LED will light up.  

•

  After completion of the operation the universal cooker automatically switches to warming up mode.  

THE "

ОТСРОЧКА СТАРТА" (START DELAY) PROGRAM 

•

  This program allows you to start cooking at predefined time.  

•

  Select the required cooking program, using the "

МЕНЮ" (MENU) button, as described above.  

•

  To adjust this program, press the "

ОТСРОЧКА СТАРТА" (START DELAY) button and set the desired start 

delay time using «

», «

» buttons. The display will show the time after which the program should stop. 

•

  To begin operation press the "

СТАРТ" (START) button.  

•

   This 

program

 applies to all programs except «

ЖАРКА» (FRYING), «ЙОГУРТ» (YOGHURT), «ВЫПЕЧКА» 

(PASTRY). 

THE "

ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/ OFF) FUNCTION 

•

  If needed, press the "

ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/ OFF) button to suspend the cooking process.  

•

  The preheat function operates in automatic mode and starts only after the cooking process is finished. This 

applies to all programs except the «

ЖАРКА» (FRYING), the "ЙОГУРТ" (YOGHURT), «ВЫПЕЧКА» (PASTRY) 

programs.  

•

  This function can be used to heat food. To use this function, put the food you want to heat inside the cooker pot, 

and press the "

ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/ OFF) button. 

•

  The maximum time interval to maintain temperature is 24 hours. The temperature inside the universal cooker 

shall not exceed 60 º
