1. The problem with the power supply. 
2. Thermal guard failure due to 
overheating (blocked by a foreign 
object or cover of the ventilation holes 
of the case-violation of the operation 
requirements). 
3. Malfunction electronics. 

Check whether the device is connected 
to the network 
Check that the power cord is securely 
connected to the connector on the 
device body. 
Contact an authorized service center 
for assistance 

The indicator is 
on and the 
heating element 
is not working
