Delayed start is not available for « Browning », « Dough/Yogurt » and « DIY » functions.

The delayed start does not include the cooking time.

In standby mode, a long press on delayed start will remove the appliance sound, another 

long press will reactivate the sound.

6. Start/ Stop for different phases

A short press will start the selected cooking mode when all the desired parameters have 
been entered. When the applicance enters into a cooking preheat, the digital screen display

 » (except for Bake, Browning, and DIY functions, for which the counting down will start 

immediately after pressing start button.)

When the temperature for cooking is reached, the appliance switches automatically to cooking 
phase, and the time previously set starts counting down.
During the cooking mode, another short press allows to stop the cooking then the product 
come back to the standby mode.
We have 1 beep sound associated with the Start and 2 beeps sound associated with the Stop.

It is also possible to stop the cooking with a short press on cancel button.

If the product is in stand by mode, a long press on the Start/Stop key will shut down 

completely the product , lights and screen will cut out.
If the product is shut off a short press will switch on the product then the product is in stand 
by mode.

7. Reheat function

 You can adjust the reheat time with   and   then press Start .

 The corresponding indicator will light, and the screen will display the countdown time until 

it is finished.

8. Removing the lid

Push the pressure release button to release the pressure.

2.  Keep your hands away from the pressure limit valve when releasing steam.

To remove lid, take hold of the lid knob, turn it anticlockwise and lift the lid.
