Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

The  unit  can  not 
be switched on.

The power cord plug is not properly 
inserted in the socket.

Pull  the  plug  out  of  the  socket.  After  10 
seconds  insert  the  plug  into  the  socket 
again.

Problem with the socket

Try to
connect another unit to the same socket 
for checking

There

heating 

The door is closed not firmly 

Close the door firmly

During  operation 
the  glass  plate 
produces 
sounds

The  roller  ring  or  the  lower  part  of 
the working cavity is dirty

Remove  the  glass  plate  and  the  roller 
ring. Wash the roller ring and the bottom 
of the working cavity.
