Dual Channel Memory Configuration

Technology. After operating the Dual Channel Technology, the bandwidth of
memory bus will double.
The GA-945GCMX-S2/GA-945GCM-S2 includes 2 DIMM sockets.
If you want to operate the Dual Channel Technology, please note the following explanations due to the
limitation of Intel chipset specifications.
1 . Dual Channel mode will not be enabled if only one DDR2 memory module is installed.
2 . When enabling Dual Channel mode with two memory modules, it is recommended that
memory of the same capacity, brand, speed, and chips be used.
