Lubricating the blade block

Before  using  the  unit  for  the  first  time 
remove the blade block (5) and lubricate it 
with oil (9) (supplied with the unit).

– 

If  the  universal  attachment  (6  or  7)  is 
installed, turn the cutting length adjust-
er  (4)  counterclockwise  until  bumping 
and  remove  the  universal  attachment 
(6 or 7) pulling upwards.

– 

To  remove  the  blade  block  place  the 
hair  clipper  with  the  blades  up  and 
press  on  the  upper  part  of  the  blade 
block (5) with your thumb (pic. 1).

– 

Apply  1  drop  of  the  lubricating  oil  (9) 
to  the  blades  and  the  rear  part  of  the 
upper blade (pic. 2).

– 

To  install  the  blade  block  first  insert  its 
lower  part  to  the  installation  place  and 
then  carefully  press  on  the  upper  edge 
of the blades until clicking to lock it.

– 

Switch  the  hair  clipper  on  by  switch-
ing  the  power  switch  (3)  to  the  position 
“ON”  having  preliminary  pressed  the 
lock  button  in  the  center  of  the  power 
switch  (3).  Let  the  hair  clipper  operate 
for approximately 30 seconds to spread 
the  oil  across  the  rubbing  surfaces. 
After  that  remove  the  surplus  oil  with  a 
dry cloth or a paper towel.

Notes:

– 

Lubricate  the  blades  after  every  use  of 
the hair clipper.

– 

Use only the oil (9) supplied.

– 

Do not use vegetable oil or oil with sol-
vents.  Solvents  will  evaporate,  leaving 
thick  grease  that  may  slow  down  the 
blades motion.

Universal attachment (6 or 7) 

The  universal  attachment  (6  or  7)  has  10 
fixed  positions  for  cutting  hair  of  different 
length. It is shown on the scale on the cut-
ting length adjuster (4):

– 

universal  attachment  (6)  for  hair 
length – 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 mm.

– 

universal  attachment  (7)  for  hair 
length  –  11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18/
19/20  mm.

– 

Switch the unit off by setting the power 
switch  (3)  to  the  position  “OFF”  before 
installing,  removing  or  changing  the 
universal attachment (6 or 7).

– 

To  install  the  universal  attachment 
(6 or 7)  insert  its  guides  into  the  cor-
responding  grooves  on  both  sides  of 
the  hair  clipper  body  and  move  the 
attachment  downwards  until  bumping 
to lock it.

– 

To  adjust  the  cutting  length  turn  the 
adjuster  (4)  counter/clockwise  to  set 
the  required  cutting  length  according 
to the scale.

Warning: 

Do  not  try  to  adjust  the  cutting 

length  with  the  adjuster  (4)  during  the 
unit  operation,  because  when  the  power 
switch  (3)  is  set  to  the  position  «ON»,  the 
adjuster (4) is blocked.

USING THE HAIR CLIPPER

– 

For cordless use of the unit, charge the 
battery fully following the recommenda-
tions above.

Note:

  -  during  the  hair  clipper  operation 

the indicator (3) glows green.

Hair cutting

– 

The hair should be clean and dry.

– 

Before  you  start  cutting  hair  switch 
the  hair  clipper  on  having  preliminary 
pressed  the  lock  button  in  the  center 
of the switch (3) and moving the power 
switch (3) to the position “ON”.

– 

Make  sure  that  the  hair  clipper  oper-
ates  normally  and  the  blades  move 
smoothly.

– 

If  there  is  excess  oil  on  blades,  remove 
it with a dry cloth or a paper tissue.

– 

Switch  the  unit  off  by  setting  the 
switch (3)  to  the  position  «OFF»,  then 
install the universal attachment (6 or 7).
