OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION! Never use the appliance if the blades are damaged or the blade 

locking device does not work properly.

Warning: Never use the appliance on wet hair.

Make sure the hair is dry and clean, with no trace of hairspray, hair mousse or gel. Then brush 
the hair in the direction of growth to remove all knots.

ATTENTION ! Switch the appliance off before changing any accessories.

Using SPACER combs (9 A, B, C ,D, E, F)

Follow these instructions to insert a spacer comb:

• 

Choose the desired spacer comb (4), apply it on the product.

• 

Ensure that the spacer comb is inserted properly.

• 

Switch the appliance on by pressing the O/I button (2). Always switch the appliance off 

when not in use.

• 

The appliance can also be used without the spacer comb (4) to trim hair very close to 
the skin (1 mm) or shape around the nape of the neck and  the area around the ears..

USEFUL RECOMMENDATIONS

• 

Start with the highest setting of the spacer comb and gradually decrease it until you have 
the desired hair length.

• 

For optimal results, use the device with the blades facing the opposite direction of hair 
growth.

• 

Move  the  appliance  in  different  directions  (upwards,  downwards  and  sideways)  because 

not all hair grows in the same direction.

• 

If a lot of hair has accumulated in the spacer comb, remove the comb from the appliance 
and blow and/or shake out the accumulated hair.

• 

Take note of the hair length settings used to create a certain style as a reminder for future 
sessions.

MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION!  Always  turn  off  the  device  before  cleaning  and  replacing  the 

accessories! Make sure that any components that have been cleaned with a 

damp cloth are completely dry before using them again or putting them away!

Clean the appliance immediately after each use and when there is hair or dirt trapped in the 
blade locking device.

• 

Do not clean the appliance with abrasive powders or liquids, such as alcohol or petrol.

• 

Do not place the appliance in water or any other form of liquid to prevent damaging it.

BLADE LOCKING DEVICE

• 

Switch the appliance off and disconnect the adaptor plug (1).

• 

If inserted, remove the spacer comb (4) from its place.

DISPOSAL

The product is packaged in recyclable materials.
Dispose of these in an appropriate environmentally friendly manner.
Pursuant to European Standard 2002/96/EC, the appliance must be disposed of at the 

end of its life span in a compliant manner. This regards recycling useful substances in the 
appliance, which reduces the environmental impact. For further information, contact the 
local disposal body or the appliance dealer.
