Up to 16 characters are displayed for the name of an Album or a Track. ID3TAG version 1.x is required.

MP3 Character Search
Press AMS button three times to select "CHAR SCH" mode.
Press the Multi-Control and
displayed.
Now if press the Multi-Control more than 0.5 seconds. which first character of its name is will be played.
Rotate the Multi-Control to select the 1st character of the desired track name and press the Multi-Control to confirm.
Then
flash at the next place, select 2nd and other character of the desired track name as steps above.
Press the Multi-Control more than 0.5 seconds to play the track of the select name.
