Protect the scales against direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity and dust
BEFORE FIRST USE
•
Please unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials
•
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and detergent
USING THE DEVICE
START WORK
•
Open the battery compartment lid and install one battery CR2032 type, observing polarity. Close the lid.
•
Place the scales on a flat, stable surface
WEIGHING
•
Turn on the scales by pressing «On /Off/Tare» button
•
Wait a few seconds until the display shows "0.00"
•
Place the product on the scales, the display will show its weight.
•
On the back side of the scale, there is a unit of measure switch. Use it to set the units of measure: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), ounces (oz) or milliliters (ml).
•
To measure the tare weight, place the container on the scales, press the «On/Off/Tare» and without removing the container from the scales, place product into the container. The display will
indicate weight of the products only.
•
To maximize battery life, always press the «On/Off/Tare» to switch off scales after use.
AUTO SWITCH-OFF
•
Scales automatically switches off after 2 minutes downtime.
INDICATORS
•
«ЕЕЕЕ» - overload indicator.
•
«LO» - low battery charge.
•
If the products or container are not fixed on the platform or weight is over the limit, the display shows «OUTZ» or «UNST», then the scales are automatically off.
BATTERY LIFE
•
Always use the recommended battery type.
•
Before using the device, make sure that the battery compartment is tightly closed.
•
Insert new batteries, observing polarity.
•
Remove the battery from the scales, if they are not used for a long time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not immerse in water
•
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, organic solvents and corrosive liquids
•
In case of scales surface contact with fat, spicy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice or other aggressive substances immediately clean it
