Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

The food 

processor does 

not work.

All functions except the blender only work when 

the blender cap is assembled on the motor unit. 

Check whether the blender cap is assembled 

properly on the motor unit (see page 23). Also 

check whether the lid has properly locked into 

place on the bowl (‘click’).

Both the 

blender jar and 

the food 

processor bowl 

are attached, 

but only the 

blender works.

If both the blender jar and the food processor 

bowl have been assembled correctly, only the 

blender works. If you want to use the food 

processor bowl, remove the blender jar and 

assemble the blender cap onto the motor unit (see 

page 23).

The citrus press 

does not work.

All functions except the blender only work when 

the blender cap is assembled on the motor unit. 

Check whether the blender cap is assembled 

properly on the motor unit (see page 23). Also 

check whether the cone is assembled properly in 

the sieve.

The blender 

does not work.

Check whether the blender jar is assembled 

properly on the motor unit.

The appliance 

cannot be 

switched on.

All functions except the blender only work when 

the blender cap is assembled on the motor unit. 

Check whether the blender cap is assembled 

properly on the motor unit (see page 23). If you 

want to use the food processor, check whether the 

lid is properly assembled on the bowl (‘click’).  If 

you want to use the blender, make sure the 

blender jar is assembled properly on the motor 

unit.

The appliance 

suddenly stops 

running.

The thermal safety cut-out has probably cut off the 

power supply to the appliance because the 

appliance has overheated. 1) Unplug the appliance 

2) Let the appliance cool down for 60 minutes 3) 

Put the mains plug in the socket 4) Switch on the 

appliance again.

Dir t has 

entered the 

Click & Go 

button.

Take the lid off the bowl, unscrew the Click & Go 

button by turning it anticlockwise and clean the lid 

in the dishwasher. If there is still dir t in the Click & 

Go button, clean the lid in the dishwasher a second 

time. If you do not have a dishwasher, you can also 

let the lid soak in warm water with some washing-

up liquid for a while and then rinse it in fresh water.

Кухненският 

робот не 

работи.

Всички функции, с изкл. на пасатора, работят 

само когато капачката на пасатора е монтирана 

върху задвижващия блок. Проверете дали 

капачката на пасатора е монтирана правилно 

върху задвижващия блок (вж. стр. 23). 

Проверете също дали капакът е застопорен 

правилно на мястото си върху купата (с 

щракване).
