INTERNATI ONAL MANU FACTURER ’S WARRANT Y

The  Warra nty  is  provided  for  t he  period  of  2  years  or  more  if  the  Law  on 
Use r  Rig ht  of  the  cou nt ry  where  t he  applian ce  was  bought  provides  for  a 
greate r minimu m warra nty period.
All terms of warra nty comp ly with t o the Law on Prote ct ion of the Con sume r 
Righ ts  and  are  governed  by  the  legislat ion  of  the  cou ntry  whe re  the  product 
was bought.
The wa rran ty and free of charge repa ir are provided in any country w here the 
produ ct is delivered to by Saturn Ho me Applian ces or a u thorized repre sent ative 
there of, and whe re no rest rict ion of import or ot her lega l provisions inte rfere w ith 
rendering of warranty serv ice s and free of cha rge rep air.

Cases un co ve red by the warranty and free of charge re pa ir:

1.

Gua ra ntee co upon is filled in improperly.

2.

The produ ct h as beco me inopera ble be cau se of the Buyer’s no n- ob servan ce of 
the serv ice regula tio ns indicated in the inst ru ction.

3.

The produ ct was used for professio na l, commercial or in dust ria l purpose s 
(except for the mod els, specia lly inte nded for this purp o se that is indicat ed in 
the inst ru ct ion ).

4.

The produ ct has exte rna l mecha nical da mage or damage caused by 
penetration of the liquid inside, du st, inse cts and othe r foreign obje cts.

5.

The produ ct has damages ca used by non-observan ce of the rules of power 
supply from b atte rie s, main s or accumu lat ors.

6.

The produ ct wa s exposed to opening, rep air or mod ificat ion of design by the 
person s, u naut ho rized to repair; indepen dent clean ing o f intern al  mechan isms 
etc. was made.

7.

The produ ct has nat u ral wear of parts with limited service life, expendab les 

etc.
8.

The produ ct has depo sits of scale inside or out side of fire-bar elemen t s, 
irre spe ct ive of u sed water q uality.

9.

The produ ct has damages ca used by effect of high (low) temperatu res or fire 
on non-he at resistant pa rt s of the product.

10.

The produ ct has damages of acce ssories and no zzles which are included int o 

the co mplete set of prod uct shipme nt (filters, grid s, bag s, flask s, cup s, covers, 
knifes, sealing ring s, graters, disk s, plate s, tube s, hose s, brushes, and also 
power co rds, headpho ne co rds e tc.).
