Leave the gel pad, holder and protective cap to dry completely. The gel pad must not be
warmed up (e.g. through warm air or heating).
Place the protective cap

 and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.

Place the gel pad holder

 on the measuring tool and turn it clockwise to secure it.

If the adhesive strength is still not sufficient even after the gel pad

 has been

cleaned, it should be replaced.
