Before  calling  the  service  agency,  you  shall  please  check  the  list  fi rst.  This 

could save your time and money. This list includes the complaints arising from the 

defaults occurring frequently and not arising from process and materials. Some 

characteristics described herein will possibly not happen to your product.

The refrigerator does not work.

Is the plug of the refrigerator properly inserted»>lnsert the plug into the wall-type 

socket.

Is the fuse or main fuse of the socket for connection of the refrigerator blown)» Check 

the fuse.

Condensate water appears on lateral wall of the refrigeration room (multi-function area, 

refrigeration control and variable temperature area).

Â

The ambient temperature is very low; the refrigerator door is opened and closed 

frequently; the ambient humidity is very high; foods containing liquids are stored in 

open containers; the refrigerator door is not closed tightly; the automatic thermosister is 

switched to a colder degree.

Reduce the opening time of the refrigerator door, or lower the utilization frequency.

Â

Use proper material to cover the foods in open containers.

Â

Use a piece of dry rag to wipe off condensate water, and check whether condensate 

water appears again.

The compressor does not work.

Â

If the power supply is cut off or the plug is pulled out or inserted suddenly, the pressure 

of cold media inside the refrigeration system of the refrigerator is not balanced yet, so the 

protective heat of the compressor will be blown out, and the refrigerator will start running 

around 6 minutes later. After expiration of the said time, if the refrigerator still does not 

start, please call the service agency.

The refrigerator is in defrosting circulation. This is normal for auto-defrosting refrigerator. 

Please execute defrosting circulation periodically.

The plug of this refrigerator is not inserted into the socket. Make sure that the plug is 

properly inserted into the socket.

Is the temperature adjusted correctly?

Power supply is possibly cut off.

The refrigerator operates frequently or operates for relatively long time.

Maybe this refrigerator is wider than your previous refrigerator. It is normal, since a 

relatively big refrigerator needs to work for a relatively long time.

The ambient temperature is probably very high. This is very normal.

It is probably that the refrigerator plug is newly inserted, or new foods are loaded into 

the refrigerator. It possibly takes several more hours for this refrigerator to realize complete 

refrigeration.

It is possibly that plentiful hot foods are placed inside the refrigerator recently. Hot 

foods will make the refrigerator to operate for a relatively long time, until it reaches a safe 

storage temperature.
