T h e loop o f the m ain s c a b le m u s t b e long e nough
fo r th e c a b le strain re lie f to slide from o n e side to
the other.
Switching on the motor
O n ly start the law n m o w er on e v e n ground and not in
long grass. T h e ground m u s t b e fre e o f foreign bodies,
such as stones. D o not lift the law n m o w er to start it.

Tips for mowing

not shorten th e g rass to less th a n h a lf its original
height.

Do not overlo ad th e la w n m o w er! If th e m oto r speed
drops perceptibly d u e to long, he a v y grass, in-
c re a s e th e cutting height and m o w sev era l times.

M o w in th e m orning or la te a fternoon to p re v e n t the
freshly cut g rass from drying out.
