SAFETY HINTS
•

The  appliance  may  only  be  operated  on  an  electricity  supply  which

corresponds  to  the  voltage  and  type  odd  current  specified  on  the
housing (rating plate).

•

If  this  hair  dryer  featured  with  a  voltage  selector,  please  verify  the

voltage selector is set to the position that corresponds with the supply
voltage  of  your  region.  Otherwise  the  appliance  might  suffer  serious
damages, which will not be covered by the guarantee.

WARNING!

This hair dryer must not be taken into a bath

room and is not to be used near basins or other vessels
containing water.

THIS IS DANGEROUS!

Do not use hair dryer with damp hands. There

is a risk even when the hair dryer is switched off.
For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device
(RCD) with rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA in
the electrical circuit of the house is advisable. Please consult your
local electrician.

If,  however,  the  appliance  should  fall  into  water,  pull  the  power  plug

out of the socket immediately!

Do not direct aerosols or water sprays into your appliance!

Ensure that your appliance does not get wet (water splashing, etc.)

and do not use it with wet hands. If you put your appliance down whilst
drying your hair, always switch it off as a precaution.

The air outlet grille will inevitably become hot during use.

•

Do not allow the cable to come into contact with the air outlet during

use.

•

When  drying  your  hair  in  rollers,  do  not  allow  any  clips,  hairpins,  to

project more than 10 mm (finger width) so as to ensure that they can8
not come into contact with the live parts inside the appliance.
