FAQ

1. The player can not power on. 

·Check the battery and see if it runs out of power. 

·Check again after connecting with power supply adapter. 

2. No sound comes out from the earphone. 

·Please check the volume and see if it is set up to 0. 

·Please  check  and  see  if  there  is  some  wrong  with  the  earphone 

connection. 

3. The player has serious noise. 

·Please check and see if the plug of the earphone is clear. Feculence may 

cause noise.
