after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any 
authorized  service  center  from  the  contact  address 
list  given  in  the  warranty  certificate  and  on  the  web-
site www.vitek.ru.

To  avoid  damages,  transport  the  unit  in  the  original 
package only.

Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of chil-
dren and disabled persons.

THE  UNIT  IS  INTENDED  FOR  HOUSEHOLD  USE  ONLY, 
ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION 
AREAS AND WORK SPACES ARE PROHIBITED.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low tempera-
ture keep it for at least three hours at room tempera-
ture before switching on.

–  Unpack  the  unit  completely,  remove  any  package 

materials  and  advertising  stickers  that  prevent  the 
unit operation.

–  Check  the  unit  for  damages;  do  not  use  a  dam-

aged unit.

–  Before plugging the trimmer in to charge the battery, 

make  sure  that  voltage  of  the  mains  corresponds  to 
the power adapter operating voltage.

–  Charge the battery and lubricate the blade block fol-

lowing the recommendations below.

Battery charging

–  Insert  the  power  adapter  (9)  cord  plug  into  the  con-

nection socket (5).

–  Place the trimmer on a flat stable surface.
–  Plug the power adapter (9) into the mains socket, the 

charging indicator (4) will light up.

–  Full charging of the rechargeable battery takes about 

1.5-2 hours.

–  A  fully  charged  battery  provides  approximately  60 

minutes of continuous operation.

–  After  the  battery  is  charged,  the  charge  indicator  (4) 

will  go  out.  Disconnect  the  power  adapter  (9)  from 
the mains and the jack from the socket (5).
