Standard Nasal Irrigation Tip

Before the procedure for rinsing the nose, it is necessary 

to consult your ENT doctor for your specific case. There 

are contraindications.

Rinsing the nasopharynx with an irrigator takes less 

than 1 minute. It is convenient to combine it with daily 

brushing of your teeth. It is advisable to rinse the nose 

and immediately upon returning from places where 

there is a high risk of catching viral infections (bacterial 

environment).

To complete the procedure, you should:

• 

Set the pressure regulator of the irrigator jet to the 

minimum value - one and a half or two on the scale 

of division. Turn on the irrigator.

• 

Lean over the sink and turn your head to one side. 

To the nostril, which turned out to be higher, attach 

a nasal nozzle and turn on the solution supply on 

the irrigator handle. This will cause fluid to flow out 

of the lower nostril.

• 

Blow your nose after irrigating the first nostril. Then 

you need to change the position of the head and 

apply the solution to the other nostril.

• 

At the end, you need to blow your nose well to 

remove the remnants of the rinsing solution and 

mucus.

• 

Switch off the irrigator.
