C o r e   te m p e r a t u r e   p r o b e

The core te mperature probe enables ex act cooking to  
the spot. It measures the te mperature inside the food 
b e i n g   c o o ke d .   A u to m a t i c   s w i t c h i n g   o f f   w h e n   t h e   d e s i r e d  
core te mperature is reached ensures that each food is 
c o o ke d   p r e c i s e l y.

Use the included core te mperature probe only.  You can 
purchase one as a spare par t from af te r-sales ser vice or 
in the online shop.

The core te mperature probe can be damaged at 
temperatures above 250°C. Therefore, only ever use it 
in your oven up to  a te mperature of 230°C.

Alway s remove  the core te mperature probe from the 
ove n   a f te r   u s e .   N eve r   s to r e   i t   i n   t h e   ove n .  

Af ter ever y use, clean the core te mperature probe with a 
moist cloth. Do not wash it in a dishwasher!

The insulation of an incompatible meat probe may be 
d a m a g e d .   O n l y   u s e   t h e   m e a t   p ro b e   w h i c h   i s  
recommended for this appliance.

core te mperature probe.
