Safety Precautions

To avoid injuries or electric shock, make sure
to  observe  standards  safety  precautions
when operating the electrical appliances.

Usage

Never use the appliance outdoors.

Power Cable

• Avoid straining the power cable during the

operation of this appliance.

• Do  not  let  the  power  plug  hang  over  the

edge of the working surface.

• Never  use  the  appliance  near  hot  sur-

faces, such as gas- or electric stoves.

Personal Safety

• Always  unplug  the  unit  before  cleaning  or

removing the attachments.

• Avoid contact with the rotating parts. Keep

your hair or clothes away from the rotating
blades area.

• Make sure the rotating blades do not con-

tact with the power cable.

• HANDLE THE SHARP METAL BLADES

WITH CARE! 

• Never  rinse  the  blades  installed  in  the

blender.  Always  remove  blades  before
washing.

• Never  use  the  blender,  if  you  are  simulta-

neously preparing some meals.

• Never  leave  the  plugged  appliance  unat-

tended.

Children's Safety

• Never let your children use the blender.
• Never  leave  children  unattended  in  the

kitchen  when  you  are  using  the  domestic
appliances and preparing the meals.

• Give  your  children  a  detailed  explanation

of  hazards  resulting  from  the  use  of
blender.  Warn  your  children  of  injuries,
which  may  result  from  any  attempts  to
reach  the  locations  where  the  children's
presence is undesirable.

Safety Instructions

• To  avoid  fire  hazards,  electric  shock  and

injuries,  never  immerse  the  power  cable,
its  plug  or  the  blender  in  the  water  or  any
other liquids.

• Never  use  the  appliance  with  a  damaged

power  cable  or  plug.  In  case  of  malfunc-
tion  discontinue  the  use  immediately.
Never  use  the  appliance,  if  it  has  been
dropped or damaged in any other manner. 

• Do  not  attempt  to  disassemble  and  repair

by  yourself.  Refer  to  the  authorized  serv-
ice center.

• Never  use  the  attachments,  which  have

been supplied with another unit.

• Always unplug the unit when not in use.

Supply Voltage

• Prior  to  switching  the  unit  on  for  the  first

time,  make  sure  the  voltage  in  power  out-
let is the same as marked on the unit case.

The  Blender  is  ideal  for  quick  and  effortless
preparation of anything from soups to choco-
late mousse.

Preparation

Unpack the blender carefully, always keeping
in mind its extremely sharp blades.

Assembling

CAUTION: Prior to assembling the unit, make
sure the power cable is unplugged.

1. Prior to using the blender for the first time,

wipe  its  main  body  with  damp  cloth,  and
wash  the  attachment  in  warm,  soapy
water, rinse and leave to dry.

2. Insert  the  attachment,  aligning  the  arrows

on  the  attachment  and  the  main  body  of
the  blender,  and  turn  counter-clockwise
until click (fig. A).
