DEVICE DESCRIPTION

OPERATION

The  immersion  blender  is  designed  for  preparing  various  sauces,  purees,  cocktails, 

cream soups, as well as for chopping/slicing fruits and vegetables in domestic conditions.

Before  the  first  use,  wash  all  removable  parts  of  the  immersion  blender  with  warm 

water and detergent and dry thoroughly. Wipe the motor unit from the outside with a soft, 
slightly damp cloth.

  ATTENTION!  Thoroughly  dry  all  the  washed  elements  of  the  blender  before 

connecting it to the power supply. It is forbidden to immerse the electric motor unit 

in any liquids and wash it with water!

1.  Fully unwind the power cord.
2.  Put the desired nozzle on the main motor unit until it clicks and locks completely.
3.  Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
4.  Place  the  products  in  a  high  container  and  place  it  on  a  flat,  clean  surface.  The 

immersion blender works more efficiently if the products are in liquid.

5.  Use  the  rotary  switch  on  the  blender  lid  to  set  the  desired  speed.  Low  and  medium 

speed  modes  are  suitable  for  mixing  liquids,  grinding  hot  and  boiled  products.  High 
rotation speeds are recommended for processing harder products. 

6.  Lower  the  blender  leg  into  the  container  with  the  products  to  avoid  splashing  them 

when turning on the blender. The blender and the container should be held firmly with 
your hands.

7.  To  turn  on  the  blender,  press  and  hold  the  “On/Off”  button.  To  stop  the  blender, 

release the button. This mode of operation is suitable for mixing liquids, hot and boiled 
products.

8.  The blender has a “TURBO” mode. Press and hold the “TURBO” button to maximize 

the  speed  of  rotation  of  the  knife,  and  release  it  to  return  to  standard  mode.  The
