Insert the power cord plug

into the mains outlet.

Switch on the device using the POWER switch (

, ON position) on the rear panel of the active
speaker. The power LED

will light up. Switch on your audio source, press the ST-BY

turn the VOLUME knob

on the speaker and then select the connected audio source with buttons

Adjust the master volume by turning the VOLUME

knob or pressing the VOL+

buttons on the remote control. To increase the volume, turn the VOLUME

knob clockwise, to
reduce the volume, turn the knob counterclockwise.

Adjust the treble and bass level by turning the TREBLE

and BASS

knobs respectively or
pressing the TREBLE+/-

and BASS+/-

buttons on the remote control. To increase the treble
and bass level, turn the knobs clockwise; to reduce it, turn the knobs counterclockwise.

, adjust the balance between left and right channels.

To enter the MUTE mode, press the MUTE

button on the RC. To exit the MUTE mode, press
this button again.

Notes:
• If the MSS is left unused for a long period of time, please mind to switch it off with the
POWER

switch on the rear panel of the active speaker (OFF position) and unplug the
power cord

Though the MSS has three switchable inputs, you can turn on only one audio source at
a time.
• To improve the sound quality, use the Line Out port of your sound card.
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, please seek professional advice at your
nearest service center. Never attempt to repair the product yourself.

Solution
Check the connection.
Turn on the switch.
Adjust the volume control knob.
Connect the audio sources correctly.
Turn down the source volume and
the MSS volume.
Replace the battery with a new one.
