5. PREPARATION AND OPERATION
Speaker placement
•
Place the speakers symmetrically to the listener at least one meter away.
•
Place MSS far away from monitors and TV sets, as insigni
fi
cant image distortion in these super-
sensitive devices is possible.
MSS Connecting
Sven 350
Multimedia Speaker System can be connected to virtually any audio source: DVD/CD, PC
sound card, etc. (see Fig. 2).
•
Before connecting, make sure that MSS is unplugged.
•
Connect the signal cable built into the active speaker to an audio output of your sound source, as
shown in Fig.2. Use the mini-jack to 2RCA adapter (not included) to connect DVD-player, TV-set.

Plug the power cord into the mains outlet.
•
Set volume level to the minimum by turning VOLUME

Notes:
• After using the MSS, mind to unplug the power cord from the mains outlet.
• To improve sound quality, use the Line-Out output of the sound card.
